Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain how you may use the Parsely website and free workflow audit. By using the website or submitting an audit request, you agree to use Parsely responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
1. About Parsely
Parsely is an independent document extraction and workflow automation product for NDIS providers. Parsely helps providers classify, structure and validate information from operational documents such as plans, invoices, service agreements and progress notes.
Parsely is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NDIA or NDIS.
2. Website use
You may use this website to learn about Parsely, request a free workflow audit and contact the founder. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious files or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Free workflow audit
The free workflow audit is designed to demonstrate how Parsely handles redacted provider documents. The audit may include document classification, structured field output, validation notes, Review Queue flags, Google Sheet formatting and a short walkthrough.
The audit is for evaluation purposes only and does not create an ongoing service agreement unless separately agreed.
4. Redacted documents only
For the free workflow audit, you must upload redacted documents only. Please remove participant names, NDIS numbers, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, signatures, health identifiers and any other sensitive personal information you do not wish to share.
You are responsible for ensuring that documents submitted through the audit form are appropriately redacted and that you have authority to submit them.
5. No professional, legal, clinical or compliance advice
Parsely provides document structuring and workflow automation support. It does not provide legal, financial, clinical, compliance or NDIS advice.
Outputs from Parsely should be reviewed by your team before being relied on for operational, billing, compliance or participant-related decisions.
6. Review of outputs
Parsely is designed to support human review, not replace it. The system may flag uncertain, incomplete or inconsistent fields for review. You are responsible for checking outputs before using them in downstream systems, claims, reporting, care decisions or provider workflows.
7. Accuracy and availability
Parsely aims to provide useful structured outputs, but document quality, formatting, redaction and source file condition can affect results. We do not guarantee that every field will be identified, structured or validated correctly.
The website and audit process may change, pause or become unavailable from time to time.
8. User responsibilities
When using Parsely, you agree not to:
- Upload documents you are not authorised to share
- Upload unredacted participant information during the free audit
- Submit malicious, unlawful or harmful files
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the service
- Use Parsely outputs without appropriate human review
9. Intellectual property
The Parsely website, brand, copy, interface, workflows and product concepts are owned by Parsely or its founder unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of documents and information you submit for the audit. Submitting documents does not transfer ownership to Parsely.
10. Privacy and data handling
Parsely handles audit documents and submitted information in accordance with the Privacy and Data Handling page.
Audit documents are used to demonstrate classification, structuring, validation and review workflows. You may request deletion of audit files and outputs by contacting Edozie.
11. Third-party tools
Parsely may use trusted third-party tools to operate the website, audit form, document workflow, storage, automation, AI processing or Google Sheet output. These tools are used to provide and demonstrate the workflow.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parsely is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the website, unreviewed outputs, documents submitted without proper authority, or reliance on audit outputs without appropriate human review.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated as Parsely develops. The latest version will be available on this page.
