Privacy
Privacy and data handling
Parsely is built for document-heavy NDIS provider workflows. Because these workflows can involve sensitive participant and provider information, we take a careful and transparent approach to audit documents, redaction and data handling.
Who this page is for
This page explains how Parsely handles information submitted through the website, audit form and free workflow audit process.
What information may be collected
Depending on how you interact with Parsely, we may collect:
- Your name
- Organisation name
- Work email
- Phone number if provided
- Provider type
- Workflow information submitted through the audit form
- Redacted documents uploaded for the audit
- Structured audit outputs created from those documents
- Communications you send to Parsely
Redacted documents only for audits
For the free workflow audit, please upload redacted documents only. Remove participant names, NDIS numbers, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, signatures and any other sensitive information you do not wish to share.
Parsely does not require live participant identifiers to demonstrate the audit workflow.
How audit documents are used
Audit documents are used to demonstrate Parsely's ability to classify document types, structure operational fields, apply validation checks, create Review Queue flags and produce Google Sheet outputs.
Audit documents are not used for unrelated purposes.
How long audit documents are kept
Audit documents and outputs may be kept for the duration needed to complete the audit, review the results and discuss next steps. Providers can request deletion of audit files and outputs at any time by contacting Edozie.
To request deletion, contact Edozie with your name and the date of your submission.
Data sharing
Parsely does not sell audit documents, provider information or uploaded files. Information may be processed using trusted tools required to operate the workflow, such as document storage, automation tools, AI processing, Google Sheets or related infrastructure.
Human review and validation
Parsely is designed to support provider oversight. The system identifies uncertain, incomplete or inconsistent fields and routes them for review rather than silently treating every output as final.
Security note
Parsely is currently in an early onboarding phase. We are continuing to improve our data handling, access control, retention and security practices as the product develops.
